<span itemprop="description">Wow, What a cheap product!!! I cannot believe that they can justify charging $300 for this garbage quality. Firstly....it's NOT wood. And if you even make one mistake and have to take out a screw and rescrew, the material is already damaged enough that it doesn't hold. I had read reviews and tried to talk my daighter out of buying it, but she saved for it and was determined that that was what she wanted. Boy the reviews I read were right. After I assembled this for my daughter, I tried moving it across the room and it almost fell apart. She loves it and spent her hard saved money on it, so I'm sure I'll be repairing it repeatedly to hold it's life. If you are just looking for a doll house and your kids don't care that much that it's LOL or not, DON"T waste your money. Grossly overpriced</span>

<span itemprop="description">Order process and delivery was smooth. The LOL house was better and bigger than expected. When assembled it feels sturdy and not cheap at all. Berry happy with purchase.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My daughters got this for Christmas last year. It is way over priced for what you get. However, my daughters love it, and play with it every day. Its holding up well. Overall, other than the price being too high, I think its a good doll house.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It is cute but the pool platform should be made of plastic.... water will damage it. It took a long time to put together and after reviewing the picture on the box, we realized some pieces were missing for the table and chairs in the kitchen.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought the LOL house for our daughters birthday. We were disappointed with the quality of the house. Several stickers were not lined up or were damaged and the elevator track was not attached in the middle, the glue pulled the wall sticker off here (damage is hidden). Two of the pre drilled pieces had cracks from the factory on both ends. Many of the pre drilled holes did not line up, they were close enough I was unable to fix them but far enough out that things did not line up correctly. The instructions could also have been better. This is a $100 house that I would consider buying on sale for $50, not worth the much higher actual $270 price.If you try your luck and buy one of these houses, be warned that no little girl is going to let you return it.</span>
