<span itemprop="description">I was in a car accident where I was tboned on the front passenger door which is the side where I had my 3 yr old. The car was totaled and my knee got pretty banged up, tearing my ACL. My son obviously scared and cried for a while but he did not have a single scratch or bruise on him. I have no doubt that was thanks to this carseat! I was so impressed and grateful I bought the exact same one to replace the one in the accident. I recommend this carseat 100% again and again! Thank you Graco for keeping my baby safe!</span>

This is strictly a car seat only with a non detachable base. Does not come out to fit into a jogger. You would need an infant car seat for that in which case the seat and base are separate.
