Unfortunately now that I am older and able to purchase it to share with my family the &quot;new&quot; and &quot;improved&quot; version available for sale only at Toys R us is a cheaply made husk of a reproduction. I have played this game 3 times with my childrenand on the fourth play through the plastic rope that holds one side of the bridge together is broken. The saddest thing about it is the fact that we had a TON of fun the 3 times we got to play it. I will contact TRU and see if they can help me out but either way we will be out our fun game to play during the holidays as we had planned. It&rsquo;s easy enough to explain to a 6 year old and is fun to play. It&rsquo;s more fun with more then 2 players. I love not having to worry about replacing battery&rsquo;s since it doesn&rsquo;t need any. My kid was not excited at first about having family game time. But he started helping me setup the bridge and then we discussed the rules. He was the first to grab a gem and was quite upset about losing it (he fell off the bridge) and was about to quit, but we explained the rules again about how he could retrieve his lost gem and he started playing again. In the end he won (didn't let him win either), so he was all about playing again. But overall the game was fun and was a good family game. We liked getting to make people drop from the bridge. The details like the gems were cute.
