He is starting to build the core strength to sit on his own, but hasn't quite mastered it yet. I thought this would be great for those times when his siblings want to interact with him (or mom just needs a few minutes!) I like that it is compact, so we can take it along if/when we go visit someone else's house. The set-up was really simple, it took me all of five minutes. My son likes the attached teether-toys, too! We have not used the tray, but I can see where it could be useful to put other toys or possibly snacks on down the road. I love the unobtrusive, neutral color palette. Overall this is a fantastic add-on to our baby gear.</span>

It's a great transition seating item as our son get more and more confident sitting up on his own. The toys in the front are nice and the seat is easy to remove for cleaning purposes. The chair, itself, is super soft and very comfortable. I love that there are two attachments for her to play with, plus with those loops, I can add any of her toys to it. The squeaking feature is a wonderful addition (my daughter--4 months--can't activate it, but loves hearing it when we press it.). The fact that it folds making it easily portable is a bonus! My only wish is that it came in a more vibrant color--the teal and gray aren't super appealing to a small infant--perhaps primary colors would be a great option. Overall, I love this chair--it allows me to get things done around the house and my daughter can see me. I would highly recommend this seat to anyone with a newly sitting child.</span>

This chair is exactly what I wanted. Also I really liked that it was easy to set up and easily folds down to save space.
Second let me tell you what I don't like. My baby is 4 months old and I think this chair is better suited for older babies. It is hard to get him out of it because he is so little. While I love this chair he will probably use it more at 6 months than he does at 4 months.</span>

My baby is almost 4 months old and she LOVES to be sitting up, but can't support herself yet so using this has freed up my hands and allowed me some more time to get chores around the house done, which any parent knows how amazing that is!! I love how soft and comfortable the fabric is and the monkey and leaf print is very cute! The one down side is that the attached toys are a more pastel color that my baby doesn't seem too interested in, but the tray you can attach easily holds some of her light up toys so it still holds her interest. This seat has made life so much easier on me, my husband and our babysitter! Definitely recommend it!</span>

It helps to support them as they try to learn to sit up on their own. My daughter is always trying to sit up on her own and after this product it had been successful! This sit me up floor seat is also great because it has a removable tray. There are also two toys included which can attach to the seat so they are easily accessible at all times. It folds flat as well which is a huge space saver!</span>

The Summer Infant 4-in-1 says approx 4 months... it does not even have the same back support this one does and the answer to the question said approx 9 months. That does not make sense. A baby can hold their head up around 3 months and 4 to be safe. 9 months is a drastic difference in my opinion. Plus it has more of a sling to put legs thru for extra support. Would love to know the age or weight it says on the box if there is one.
