This one is fun for role playing doctor visits. The set has three interactive features: height measurements, adjusting the bed, and a reversible sign for an X-ray/educational sign. My daughter loved getting to make the bed click as she moved it. The height measurement was funny because most of the Little People are the same height, but other toys can be measured too. This would be a nice set for children who are interested in medicine and don&rsquo;t have a lot of room for Little People sets. The doctor office came with Dr. Barbie and the office. The office has a lever that can move up and down to determine height although I&rsquo;m not quite sure the point since all little people are the same height. There is also a chair/bed where the back can move up and down. There is a sliding/removable piece where one side shows an Xray and the other shows a pain scale. This toy does not make any sounds or plays music which was a little disappointing because my children and I love the songs that typically accompany little people toys. My child thought it was a dentist office which it could be mistaken for. I wish it came with additional accessories or more to move around the doctor&rsquo;s office. My 1.5-year-old daughter was thrilled when I first unpacked it, and she immediately took to exploring its features. This playset features three main moving pieces: a height measurement tool that produces a clicking sound, an x-ray imaging head, and a bed. While my daughter is a bit young for extensive imaginative play, she had a great time manipulating the doctor figure and experimenting with the movable parts. It's worth noting that her five-year-old brother also enjoys playing with her using this set. From a parent's perspective, I appreciate the compact size of the playset and the limited number of pieces, minimizing the risk of losing parts. The only loose components are the Doctor doll and the x-ray/message board. The set is conveniently small enough to pack in my daughter's diaper bag for on-the-go entertainment, and the simplicity of its design alleviates concerns about leaving pieces behind. My child enjoyed being able to measure the little person character&rsquo;s height and have a little person character patient lay on the table. I like that the doctor is female with brown skin and dark hair.
