When we got the product, half the screens didn't work. Several emails and calls to customer service went unanswered and we still do not have a replacement part. We've tried every button, turning off and on, exchanging batteries and nothing works. Must be a faulty product. And since we got it at Toys R Us, we can't make returns. He loves to play the timed games. Flash cards are boring and work sheets are repetitive but this truly is fun. I find that if I leave out out he will pick it up and play throughout the day. Many different skill levels and the option of addition and subtraction make it a toy we will have and use for a long time.
