The button to push for the song to play, is easy for her small fingers. She pushes it about 300 times an hour! It’s her favorite movie and favorite song. Elsa is very sturdy, my girl has thrown her around and played rough but the doll is still in perfect condition! Overall I am so pleased with this product.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very fun toy for a Frozen fan! My daughter loves it.
The hair is good quality, soft and thick. I love that the band that secures Elsa's braid isn't too easy to remove. When dolls have braids that come out too easily the hair gets destroyed quickly - and that's not the case with this doll. Small touches like her heels, the shimmer in her skirt, really delight the littles.
On that note: only the skirt, cape, and heels are removable - not the top. Consider if that will matter to your child. It's easy to operate with the push of a button on the front.
A few cons:
There is no volume control.
There is no on/off switch.
There is a flaw where the demo mode can get stuck on. The demo mode is deactivated by removing plastic from a slot. The slot, however, is not connected the battery compartment or otherwise accessible. And the plastic is taped to the outer package. So what you have is, if you remove the package too quickly or are unaware of this and pull it out, it can get disconnected and stuck in the hole. And there is no way to deactivate that 3 second demo mode. So basically, you need to unpackage it very carefully KNOWING that this is an issue to really get it right.
I had this issue and customer service resolved it, hence the still positive review.</span>

This was the perfect frozen doll, it sang the let it go song and she put it on repeat. I definitely recommend. The doll is made of great quality and the hair is braided in a way it stays nice and doesn’t become just one huge mess.</span>

The sound was so loud that she kept saying to shut it off. Very pretty and great quality and size. I would suggest adding an volume setting or make it quieter.</span>

Both our girls and boys have been having fun playing with this Elsa doll. Her beautiful blue dress comes all the way down to her feet. She has pretty sparkly blue high heel shoes on that can be taken off. Her pretty long blonde hair is soft and easy to brush and style. The part my kids love the most is pushing the button to hear Elsa sing "Let it go". It sounds exactly like it does in the movie. One push starts the singing and another push will stop it. Imaginative play is endless.</span>
