<span itemprop="description">We purchased our child this playset and originally only received one of the boxes as FedEx lost the second box. The company was amazing once we reach out regarding the missing box after a week of getting no where with FedEx. They got a second but x out to us in a week. It took us about 5 hours to build. Instructions were easy to follow. Our child is in love with the playset and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.</span>

<span itemprop="description">The swing set is the perfect size for my 2 year old and has room to grow with her for several more years. The app was helpful for assembly but we did have difficulty with some of the holes not lining up or boards being a hair too long at the end. We bought a bucket swing separately which works great and will be easy to switch out when our child grows out of it. She loves the chalkboard feature as well. Overall, a great value swingset!</span>

<span itemprop="description">Lots of fun in a compact play structure, which makes it ideal for smaller yards. Assembly instructions could be a bit more detailed, and the 4 hour estimated time is misleading. It took us 6+ and we are competent builders with all the right tools. Granted, the kids were hovering and trying to “help” which slows us down, but definitely plan on more than 4 hours.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased this for our grandkids ages 3 & 4 about a month. It only took 4 days to arrive and all the parts were included and in excellent condition. My neighbor, my son and I assembled it one afternoon. Just follow the directions and don’t get in a hurry just to get it done. It seems to be high quality and my grandkids love playing on it. I expect that with proper maintenance, it will last for several years and once they outgrow it we should be able to gift this to someone.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Due to covid my grandson asked ‘ Do all humans have babies’ I told him no He then asked then why are swing sets out of stock everywhere? My friend found this company for us and ordered the Buckley Hill because it stated easy to assemble. No tools to purchase, everything was there!! Being an older single grandparent it was easy to do. He was up and swinging in about 6 hours!!!!
They make it easy and worry free also, IF anything was missing or broken ( which nothing was) call them and they will send it, so no hassle with returning. I am so happy that in one day he forgot about all the isolation he had been feeling and was swinging to the sky and laughing and smiling.</span>

I opted to put it together myself. It took two people about 7 hours to put together, but the instructions are detailed enough that you won’t get lost.</span>

The install took about 1 hour to setup all the pieces and parts (probably 50 bags of parts) and four hours to build.
The parts were all well documented.
The instructions for the most part were clear. I messed up on he placement of one of the fort legs and ended up having to drill two holes because I put it in upside down and had rounded the screws trying to get them off.
Great product.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This swingset is perfect for your toddlers to Early Elementary students. The height of the tower isn't too tall that it makes me nervous but it's not too short that the slide isn't any fun. The attachment for the swings make multiple accessories possible. I ordered some rings to go with it and they worked perfectly. The swing set is surprisingly stable. We did have a little trouble putting it together. Two of the stair pieces split. This can happen with cedar and we didn't have any other issues. Currently the parts are set for delivery today just in time for a birthday party. The customer service rep in parts made that possible as things are taking a little longer during the pandemic. We are very happy that we purchased the swing set and when the kids are older we will be buying a bigger swing set from this company.</span>

I did have one piece of would split on assembly and still have not heard back on replacement part. Not all of the predrilled holes line up, so you have to be somewhat handy to get this thing together. It took 8 hrs on my own to build. Would not do that again ☺️</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this for out 2 year old this summer and it has been the perfect solution for outdoor play time. None of the features are too big or intimidating for her. In fact the swing height And climbing structure are just right for her.
Budget more time than the instructions say to put it together. It isn’t difficult but it is time consuming. There are a lot of small pieces and due to the sequential nature of set up required, you can’t really have more than one person working at a time. But that is a completely minor point, in fact it was nice to have that much alone time during the quarantine.</span>
