<span itemprop="description">We bought this baby gate because I thought it was the standard gate to get and therefore wouldn't have any issues. I was wrong. It was frustrating from the get-go. My husband installed the hardware into the wall and after that, we couldn't even get the handle to work to add pressure or release from the doorway. It didn't make any sense on how to unlock it and let it swing forward. My husband and I had tried many times and could never get it to work. We returned it right away.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Easy to install , even the mounting hardware was easy . The problem starts when opening and closing the gate with the handle.This gate is tremendously hard to close, my wife cannot even do it.The side button seems to pop out and work whenever it feels like it(poor design)and when pushing down on the handle to "lock it in" you will struggle like never before.It locks in every other try only when excessive amounts of pressure are applied. STAY AWAY from this product. I am bringing it back ASAP</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is a terrible gate, no wonder it was half price. I have a new home and tried to put at both bottom and top of stairs, and it does not work. Maybe it would work in a perfectly even door frame, but the wooden railings and wall make this impossible to use. Terrible to even use when its not installed. Hard to open, close, lock unlock. I bought 2 for the price of one and I am on may way back to the store to return them. My super fit and strong husband could hardly open the thing. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you were putting in a perfectly small door frame and using once in a while. You get what you pay for with this one. Maybe a backup gate for once in a while use, but if anything other than that, get something easier to use for sure! Looks nice, decent colour but overall the handle is hard to use and instructions for something that seems so simple are way to user UNfriendly.</span>
