We had a blast building this is playing with it afterword. The kit is exactly what it states. I was blown away with this kit and what fun my son and I had. We could build 12 different robots that came with easy to read instructions. He absolutely loves it, the instructions were easy for him to understand and assembling it was easy and he didn't struggle. It's an extremely neat robot once put together and watching it run off of solar power is really cool. As a parent, these are the toys I like getting for him, since I know they are educational and well worth the money! My son is 8 and this kept him busy for hours building all the various robots. What I like most about this specific toy is that there are TWELVE different robots you can build, so it's not like you just build it once and you're done. With the solar panel, each robot actually moves too (although you really need a bright sunny day for it to work well).
