My 7 and 3 year old loved the train track. They liked that the could connect it to the track they already had. We couldn&rsquo;t believe this small bucket packed a large train set. Includes instructions to build three different train track designs which was a huge plus. My son love to set the tracks up in different ways. He likes that it comes in a bucket and the top acts as a bridge for the tracks. The left and right switch tracks are a bonus and the split track makes the toy unique. This set it great to add to any of existing track sets to create new and longer tracks. Unfortunately, the pieces are hard to put together myself let alone my four year old. When you build the track as shown, the gray &quot;mountain tunnel&quot; isn't wide enough and the train always gets stuck in it. The pieces do not fit inside the bucket for storage. As a mom, I love the storage that it comes with, it makes it convenient to put away. My kids loved playing with this and putting the track together. My oldest worked together with my youngest to help him put the train track together the way he wanted (by the picture) Their favorite part of it was the tunnel and the switch track piece to change where the train is going. I think it was creative to make the storage container lid into a bridge, that was smart! My kids even added this to other track set we have to make it a Thomas village! They plays for hours making different tracks and running the trains around! My kids (and their friends) love the different levels created by using the lid and storage container. It can be built in a variety of way such that it never gets boring. The kit is durable and easy to assemble and is compatable with other Thomas the train tracks. The instructions include 3 different layouts that you can build. The only piece it doesnt come with is an actual motorized Thomas Train, which I think should be included.
