He loves it. The glow is soft but light enough to see around you. The only complaint, and I&rsquo;m stretching, is the button to turn off isn&rsquo;t instant. It takes 10sec, and dims before turning off. Not a big deal, I would have just preferred a normal off click. But the button is nice and big and easy to push. Sometimes you get to a hotel or a friends home and there's only the overhead light in the room where the babe is sleeping. That's so frustrating, since it can be hard to wind down a little one with that might visual stimulation! My 5-year old has recently acquired a fear of the dark. We had a popular silicone light, stopped charging. Cheap local push button lights (too bright). And others that make noise. This one is perfect. Long lasting batteries. 1/2 hour shut off. It&rsquo;s small. Not too bright (not for reading or activities) and the on/off button is big and simple. Not why off button has a few second delay and dims to off gently. So glad we found this.
