It's a set with Peppa, George, Mommy Pig, and Daddy Pig dressed in Hawaiian type vacation shirts. The figures are very well made and durable. The legs and head moves a bit. My daughter had fun putting them in sitting positions and pretending they were landing in mud puddles. She has absolutely loved playing with these little characters. She even insisted on taking them on vacation with us. She played with them in her car seat the entire drive. So, of course, she had to take them to the beach and the pool. Unfortunately, the paint began rubbing off when the characters got wet. So, I would not recommend these as water toys.
