They both love Mario so they were really excited to get started. My nephew has a lot of experience with Legos so it didn't take too long to put together but he let my 5 year old help. It did take longer due to that. When they were done it kept them entertained for the afternoon playing with it. It's a really nice and cute set. I'd definitely recommend and will be looking to get other sets for Christmas!</span>
