They faced challenges in setting up the orange roads connecting to the starting place, however, I helped them figure out that in order for the road to be sturdier. The orange road and starting place piece slide into each other for a stronger hold. They often forgot to bring up the elevator box from the zip line! My eight-year-old was able to read the instructions and put it together himself within just a few minutes. They played with it in our living room for about 45 minutes, having races to see who would win while I cooked dinner. I eventually moved this into my four-year-old's room since he loves dinosaurs and Hot Wheels. He will play with this for quite a long time and play with it several times a week. My kids who are both boys and girls had a lot of fun racing each other. Sometimes only one car would make it across the entire track or into the mouth while the other fell down to the ground. They still had a lot of fun seeing what would happen especially when both cars ended up in Mosasaurus&rsquo; mouth. The track is made of sturdy plastic and is packaged nicely. I did not like having to apply the stickers myself, I feel they should be applied prior to packaging. I also felt like the toy fell apart easily if you so much as bumped it, mainly at the lower part of the zip line. The two die cast cars are heavy and durable. They race through the track with ease. My son loved that only one car wins and the other gets eaten by the alligator. The car that makes it through sends the dinosaur on top soaring. Assembly was easy. Stickers needed to be applied first and then the track put together. It&rsquo;s ok, but it is large and takes up a lot of space when storing because it doesn&rsquo;t break down all that much. It got frustrating because a lot of the time the cars did not actually land in the little gondola, they would just fall to the ground, or he was not able to get the gondola to stick at the top of the track, it would slide down before he even tried to race them.
