<span itemprop="description">After one month of having it, with not very much playing with it, it no longer responds to commands or will wake up, even with fresh batteries. It's not responsive to the factory reset actions either. Unfortunately there's no good online help for any issues either. Pretty disappointing for the cost of it.</span>
