It was fairly easy to assemble until we tried to attach the front wheel. The Y-piece that holds the wheel in place was not wide enough for the wheel to fit. We contacted the manufacturer and they are sending us a new y-piece, and front and back wheel, but the pieces are on back order with no estimated restocking date in sight. We thought that ordering this bike 6 weeks in advance would give us enough time to receive it before my son's birthday. Because the bike doesn't have a front wheel I can't say if it's a good bike.
