The dolls are absolutely adorable, as is the boat. The little side boat comes off and the hatch opens to show the chicken. Also, the sail and oar move back and forth. I would have loved to see a Hei Hei figure though. My granddaughter loves Moana and spent hours playing with this set. Little People are made very sturdy to last. They only disappointment my granddaughter had was that Heyhey was only a picture under the hatch. Little People have been great for my daughter as she grows. The quality of this product is wonderful. The details on the characters match the movie. My daughter really loves that the canoe has a movable oar and flag that makes it more realistic. This product has been great for my 4 year old daughter to play imaginatively and would also be great for even younger, smaller hands too. The characters are a perfect size to be able to handle and navigate onto the canoe independently. The boat was able to be rolled on the carpet in the living room very easily. We love the Moana characters. The boat was her favorite part of the toy. The people are able to be placed on the boat by my 2 year old without frustration.
