<span itemprop="description">My Friday evening was ruined by this horrible experience with this set. First of all, when I've opened the box 3 parts from the bag #1 were outside of the bag which was weird. At the step 21 I've realized that one of the 4603472 is missing. I've tried to fill a request for a missing part and failed with an error "Something less than awesome just happened. Please try again later". I've tried later from my work laptop and got the same error. I've tried to use a different approach via other part of the website and found another UI which finally allowed me to submit my request for a missing part (with 10-14 business days ETA!). After that I've decided to try to continue my build and 6 steps later, I've discovered that another part is missing (6439175) and I went back to the website to submit another request. And you know what? Those parts are currently out of stock!
I've spent thousands of dollars on Lego so far, this was my way to unwind after work and relax, but after today I'm not sure if I should continue because of the stress I had. Guys, I understand that you receive tons of orders at May4, but please, work on your quality assurance for both the bricks and the website!</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is the first set I’ve bought that is a standalone mid sized model. It’s awesome. Such an iconic character like R2 is great to have. The build is fun, well-designed, and looks excellent. The play features like his periscope and arms are awesome. I wish they were built in though rather than separate pieces you can add; the box advertised them as such. I know LEGO could have made that work.</span>
