It speaks in three languages: English, Spanish, and French, so your little one can be exposed to multiple languages and learn as they play. It's multi-layered as you can touch the colors and it'll tell you what color you're touching or it can be set in another mode where it has you find the color it chooses. The center light will change colors to help the child find the correct color on the palette. This is a genius toy and I wish we would have gotten it sooner. Honestly this is the entire family's new favorite toy! Five stars from us and a 10/10 review!</span>
