<span itemprop="description">I bought this trike and as soon as I opened the box I found that the box seemed to be opened before and the wheels looked used. I took it back to the store and replaced it with another box and guess what?! Same problem. I took it back to the store and they tried to find me another unopened box but they couldn’t find except in a different colour which I’didnt want. I ended up getting a different brand which turned out to be much better, luckily it was on sale. I made sure to open the box before leaving so I don’t have to come back. The trike I purchased is the 5-in-1 little-trike and the good thing is the baby’s steering handle turns when u turn it, unlike with startike the only the wheels turn so the baby doesn’t get to learn to steer while turning. However, to be honest the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought this trike a month ago for our daughter and are very happy with it! She enjoys riding around the neighbourhood and we enjoy how easy it is to manoeuvre. We tested out a few in store and were the happiest with how easy this one was to steer and how you can lock the front tire into position so our little one can't steer (!) There is plenty of storage, which makes it great for smaller grocery runs. The sun shield is helpful, but don't use that for full protection as it can sometimes blow up in the wind. We look forward to using this for years to come.</span>
