<span itemprop="description">The steering isn’t great, the peddles don’t seem to be able to lock so it’s a bit dangerous and the first time we used it the shaft where you can adjust the height cracked. We bought it in October for his birthday and although he loves going in it, I can count on one hand the amount of times we’ve used it. I’m probably just going to get rid of it and get a better one for spring because it just takes up room in my house.</span>

<span itemprop="description">So I bought this for my first child and used it maybe 3 times in the earliest stage setting. The steering control is so lose he was constantly going all over the sidewalk as we pushed him. Ended up pushing him around in another car and left this one in storage.
Fast forward we have 2 kids now and we thought we'd let the oldest ride it as a trike. The mechanism that locks the steering so he can control it kept disengaging every 10 seconds or so and the mechanism that allows him to peddle wouldn't stay engaged either. This thing is going straight to the landfill.</span>

On a single ride around the block I had to keep pushing it back in at least 10 times. The only fix was to put a screw into it. Not a smart system. The rest of the trike works as expected.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This bike is amazing! My son is 10 months and loves going for walks to the store now that he gets to ride his bike. He holds the handles, his feet don't quite reach the footrest or peddles and the sun shade is great for those crazy hot days.
We also went to a BBQ with some friends and brought it along and our friends kids who are 2 and 3 loved it as well</span>

The pedals do not lock but lock so that a child cannot pedal and do not hit the child's feet. The older children have no trouble reaching the pedals.
