It has helped a lot with gas pains and reducing spit up. I love that the original Tommee Tippee nipples fit on this bottle with no leaks and it's really easy to clean and assemble. On my bottle the large white piece sometimes doesn't want to stay down but when the nipple ring is placed on the bottle it goes down and forms a seal. Hated having to buy new bottle brushes all the time because they didn't clean the bottom of the regular bottles completely but I didn't have that problem with this bottle. My six month old has been using a different brand of bottle but I'm always looking to see if there is something better out there. I was first struck by how many parts there are to this bottle, which made washing time twice as long... and I'm not sure what those parts even do. I had to buy a fast flow nipple to use, it came with a 0 month nipple. The plastic of the nipple was thinner than his current bottles and kept deflating as he drank, so he would have to let go and wait for it to reinflate. In the end this anti colic bottle made him a little more gassy than usual.
