It doesn't seem to hold his attention for more than 10 minutes or so and then he's onto the next thing. But that is just because he is a toddler. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel like it is pricey for what you get and my son likes to stop the propeller a lot while it is spinning and it seems to affect how the propeller works after he does that it goes really slow. But then we found out the toy doesn't go. It's as though the battery isn't strong enough to make the toy move. We tried it inside (to which the wheel left black streaks on our carpet) and then we tried it outside. Neither worked. He loves the lights and sounds. He especially loves the propeller that turns when a button is pushed. The propeller is soft so it will not hurt the child. I'm really upset now when you push the button the light is the only thing that comes on.
