<span itemprop="description">We have had the toilet for about a week and we purchased this potty for the sensors to encourage my youngest to use the potty. However its only been used a handful of times and it no longer works. The flusher works which is great but really bummed the sensor that sings after using the potty already went out since that was one of the main reasons we picked this toilet. It does get the job done though for a regular potty other than that.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought this for my son so that he could start potty acquainting before we started actual potty training. He picked it out because he liked the lights and flushing sound when he flushed the potty. After a few months of occasional flushing during the acquainting process (he hasn't actually used it as a potty yet), the handle no longer works. If I tip it over, I can hear something rattling around on the inside, but can't move the handle as it's completely jammed in the up position. I know I can't return it as we're past the return policy date (and I'm sure I no longer have the receipt), but I can't even try to figure out if what broke is something I could possibly fix, as it is assembled with safety screws. Very disappointed that this didn't last longer, and that the feature that broke is the reason that my son picked this potty chair in the first place. I will also say that the boys potty guard could definitely be higher.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this toilet a few weeks ago first my son to start toilet training. Right out of the box, the sensors didn’t work to play songs when we used the toilet. Instead he would wait until I removed the bowl to clean it, and would then press the sensor underneath to get it to play a song. Not earth shattering, but it’s a feature that we paid for that has never worked. I tried hooking it up again, new batteries, and nothing. The flush does work, and my son does like to flush when he’s done. So, one star for it being a place he can go to the bathroom, and one for the flush feature.</span>

I seriously equated it to an actual ghost haunting, until I found the review about someone experiencing the very same thing happening to them. I also LOVE the piece on the seat in the front. I dont have to worry about my little boys pee stream from shooting onto the floor, since this piece will stop that. The downside - It is VERY easy for little ones to take this apart. With that being said, mine takes the seat and pan out then stands on the prongs that make it sing - making me worry he will break it. Perhaps try making a way that only adults can remove the seat and pan.</span>
