My six year old boy could not wait to get his hands &quot;dirty&quot; playing with this fun toy. Gross Silly and a lot of fun is how he described it. My son loves ANYTHING mystery, surprise or blind bag related! The fact that these gave you a little &ldquo;taste&rdquo; by showing you two but keeping the other 6 hidden was exciting for him. They are small plastic, so not good for little ones, but my 6 year old thought they were hilarious and wants to collect them all. Shaking it up to find out who you got is very clever. Makes collecting more fun. As an active imagination-as typical boy have; this was the toy for him and he simply had a blast; I'm almost embarrassed to say I got sucked in as well! I keep wanting to say it's probably more of a 4-star item (novelty toy, etc.), but I found myself really engaged and enjoying it. He enjoyed the novelty of the small toilets hiding a surprise. My only tip is to make sure you understand how to &quot;reveal&quot; your flushie with the water before tearing into them. We ended up cheating and opening it without the water with the first one! Since since my son revealed his &quot;flushies&quot; he has enjoyed filling up the little toilets with water again and letting the mutants go for a swim. Note that the toilets are a durable plastic and can be used again, though after revealing your flushie and removing the plastic cover, there is no lid on the toilet. They are a mix of &quot;fuzzy&quot; characters and smooth plastic ones. It was nonstop nagging until I finally let him open them and then the real fun began. It comes with a couple creatures that are loose. Those were instantly ooed and awed over at their coolness and gross factor. Next came the toilets. Fill them with water give them a shake and you have some surprise creatures to add to your collection. My boys love caring these in their pockets and showing them to people. They are fun and entertaining enough to keep my boys occupied while we are out. They also enjoyed finding their creatures on the sheet listing all of them with their names. They both enjoyed the extra flushies that came included in the pack and trying to match them up to the included list of characters. Both children immediately asked to go and buy more as well as a birthday gift request. I&rsquo;ll take you through our thoughts! Upon looking at it, it was a little confusing as to what they actually DID- by design you can&rsquo;t see into the toilets, and there&rsquo;s not a ton of info on the packaging. It came with instructions, but they were only pictures, no words! (Think building instructions from a flat packed furniture store)- we actually ended up looking it up on YouTube to see what the desired result was. Once we did though, my son really liked them! Yes, they are extremely similar to other toys on the market today, and no, I don&rsquo;t love having to add water to release our toys. However, we&rsquo;re an hour in and they&rsquo;ve continued to hold his attention- which is quite a feat! Theyre essentially collectible small toys with a creative way to unpackage them. It&rsquo;s a great feature but you only unpackage them once! He&rsquo;s looking forward to collecting all of the flushies listed on the &ldquo;roll call&rdquo; included with the package. My sons loved that they had to fill the toilet up with water, shake, remove the plastic seal and stick their fingers inside the toilet bowl to reveal the mutants that lurking inside. They have been trading and comparing their mutants with friends. I love that the 8 pack comes with 2 toilets and each toilet we have found can hold 4 mutants in each. At first glance, my 8 year old said &quot;this looks inappropriate and I like it&quot; - ahh boys! The boys had a fun time opening the package and &quot;playing with a toilet&quot; - they added the water and were able to grab the little creatures out of the toilet. They were excited that it all seemed kind of gross and they were allowed to play with them. Once opened, the toys have not gotten much action. I have seen them mix the little figures in with their Pokemon figures, but they weren't too intrigued by finding out their names (honestly, there were so many on the tiny sheet, it was hard to see who was who). I think if the characters came with little cards with some stats, they would have cared more. They had heard about these on TV commercials and were curious to see what all the rage was about. The pack came with two small toilets and four other small mutants. Inside the bowl of the toilet the there are 3-4 mutants but in order to see them you have to fill the tank up with a little bit of water and shake it up really good. My boys had a such a fun time shaking the toilets and seeing what was inside. I liked that it was easy for them to do and it wasn't messy. They had a fun time playing with the mutants and acting like they were coming out from the toilet to attach their city. They played with these little guys and the toilets for a few hours but haven't really been back to them since. The package included 2 toilets and 2 visible Flushies and one &quot;mystery&quot; Flushies. My kids (8 y.o. girl and 5 y.o. boy) enjoyed filling the toilets and shaking them to show the Flushies inside. The process was rather messy (water poured out the bottom of the toilets), so I'm glad we did it in a plastic bin. There was a warning about the colored liquid staining, but there really wasn't much color to what came out. Each toilet had a few more Flushies inside. My kids greatly enjoy toilet humor, so they thought creatures in the potty was hilarious. The concept is very unique for a young boy&rsquo;s toy. There just isn&rsquo;t enough going on with the toy to keep a kid busy, or at least, keep my kid busy. The little individual characters are very small and I know will end up lost amongst the other toys or in the trash. The water you put in the toys can stain other surfaces, so you have to be careful. I don&rsquo;t really recommend this toy.
