<span itemprop="description">Really nice watch but way too limited on age related software. Apps and icons are too childish. Vtech could keep everything identical but build apps and icons for older kids and this would be a huge success. Interface and apps should be upgradable based on child's age. Our 10 years old loved the watch but was embarrassed by the childish aspect so we will return it. I still give it 4 stars. Just be aware that 8 years old is probably the max age for this, which is a terrible marketing mistake.</span>

The sister tried to return to the store but they wouldn't take it back as its a apparently a warranty problem and they had no product available in the store. They left the store without a new watch and now my nephew has Christmas present from me. Hopefully he get something win return from Kidizoom. It would've been nice to have get at least a gift card to buy something else. Not very happy with this customer service.</span>

She uses this everyday, and as it can download some "basic" games from the vtech website, it makes it all that much more fun.</span>
