<span itemprop="description">Seat cam as described and had fast shipping. We have had the same seat before but needed another for our other car. Seat connects to the car without issues and kids never seem to complain about it. I do like that it has built in vents (other strap holes) to make it more comfortable to ride in the summer months.
I dontbcare that there is a styrofoam sound coming from this new seat. I don't recall the older same model having this same issue but is annoying when driving. My daughter has complained about that sound as it sounds like someone is rubbing styofoam blocks together. Not sure how to fix that as it is part of the seat under the top portion of the seat.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottom line: It's a good, lightweight budget seat that requires the seat to be uninstalled for manual adjustments and has a fixed backrest height so you'll need a separate booster seat when your child outgrows this.
This is one car seat where you have to read the manual to make sure it's adjusted or installed correctly. The harness belt itself also has two different lengths for the newborn-smaller baby stage vs toddler stage. You do need to uninstall the car seat to switch harness belt lengths or move the shoulder strap up/down the different height settings. There are two buckle settings that place the buckle closer or farther from the baby. To change the latch belt from rear-facing to forward-facing installation, you need to pull the seat cover off from the bottom and over the cup holders first.
One thing that took some getting used to was the harness belt is a single strip that goes over one should loops through the seat bottom and back over the other shoulder. If you pull on one strap, the other one tightens. I learned to hold the chest clip extended away from the child while tightening the seat belt to keep both sides even. The harness belt did not come with shoulder pads to keep the belt from pinching the little one's neck.
I found that it takes more depth to be installed rear-facing compared to the other seats I have, like an extra 6+ inches compared to the Evenflo Symphony DLX. The Symphony DLX adjusts with a swivel of the seat whereas the Sonus adjusts with a kind of built-in angle wedge that flips out on the bottom. Between this form of angle adjustment and the fixed backrest height, it extends out pretty far. I had to install it on the passenger side to allow for taller drivers.
The memory foam-like seat padding is nice and a good thickness. The structure of the seat is more open, ie the side panels flare out rather than forward on the backrest, so it's easier to get the child in or out.
I recommend this car seat for travel because it's much lighter than others. It is lighter weight since there's no steel bar/framing. It is marked as compatible for airplane use. My little ones can easily undo the airplane seat belts, so I feel safer having them in this seat on the plane.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We bought 2 of these for 2 different vehicles and in both cases, it was extremely difficult to get both seats tight enough for there to not be too much play. They still feel much looser than the old car seats we originally had in our cars. Also, I regularly (once a month) have to retighten the seats as they seems to loosen after some use. The straps to fasten the kids into the seats are also VERY difficult to tighten. I have to lean into the seat with all of my body weight (190lbs) and pull HARD in order to get the straps tight enough for my kids to be fastened in. This of course has resulted in one of the seats' armrest snapping off after 4 months of use. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.</span>

-it is easy to install and move from one car to another
-the fabric is silky and not scratchy for our baby; it also doesn't show stains
-it seems well padded for comfort & safety
-it only takes up one spot in the vehicle-this seat doesn't make it overcrowded for the other kids in the same row
So-so features:
-removable inserts for the cup holders: In theory, this is a great idea so the cup holders won't collect dirt; in practice, not as practical. Our baby was one year old when we got this seat, and he threw the inserts out of the car every time we opened the door. We should have removed them and not put them back. One is lost already ...
-We have used this both rear and front facing, and the angle for the rear facing seems to make it a tight fit in our vehicle. It is fine front facing.</span>

She drives a 2 door Honda Civic and I was really wanting a compact convertible car seat because the back seat is not big. This seat sits perfectly in the back and my little one looks so comfortable. The cushion feels great and I think it is nicely supported, the color is nice and my little one really likes the cup holders on this model. The box arrived quickly and I am really impressed with this seat.</span>

I’ve been using it as a second car seat for grandparents car for whenever they are with baby and so far it’s okay. Only wish it had removable cup holders and maybe a little more padding especially for a younger infant under 1. Also wish it had Suresafe connectors like some of the other Evenflo car seats. But for the price it is a pretty decent car seat</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just switched to this convertible seat from the original infant carrier seat my son was starting to outgrow. He’s still seated rear facing but thiseat seems to do a better job of getting him foot room. The two cup/toy holders are great and the design makes the flexible for the different cups and containers we use. Cover seems pretty easily removed for cleaning and the fabric seems easy to wipe down. The seat fits pretty well in my Kia Niro which is a pretty compact vehicle. Also I appreciate the new design of the anchor straps. I feel like these new ones are designed to be easier to tighten than a few other seats I’ve used. I’ve always had good experiences with evenflo and this is defining another positive one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this car seat. The fabric is similar to the higher priced competitors and colors are perfect for boy or girl. My favorite feature is the cup holders, Might sounds ridiculous but my toddler can't seem to leave his alone in other car seats. Finally a car seat that got it right. I have other car seats that I had to buy attachments for and another the the cup holder part comes out. I am so excited that I no longer have to fish for the attachment or interior part of cup holder from under the drivers seat. All the other features are easy to use. No complaints here!</span>

A child must be at least 2 years of age and 22 pounds in order to be turned forward facing.

C'est toujours en fonction de la date de fabrication, alors chaque si&egrave;ge est diff&eacute;rent. Ils sont bons pour 6 ans habituellement, &agrave; partir de la date de fabrication inscrite sur le si&egrave;ge.
