Once it was all assembled, I opened it fully and the seat was completely crooked like one side the metal bar was completely bent and not sitting flat like the seat should. The other side was fine but the left side made it super uneven and therefore could not have my toddler use it. For a product that costs so much, I'd honestly expect better quality! Thankfully I kept the box so I will need to unassembled and return it to the store in person because returning online is a pain in the rear. But, I may get a replacement of the same stroller to see if maybe it was just a one off as I really liked how much storage there is under the seat and the fact it comes with a cup holder and handles that are padded and very comfortable to hold. It's fairly easy to maneuver as well and I like that there is a lock on the wheels to keep it stationery. It is fairly lightweight too which is great for travel and being out and about. Folding it up is quite easy as well as you just pull the handle and push down until you hear the lock click. Opening it though to fully assembled is a lot more different though although I'm unsure if that is due to the issue with the uneven seat or if it's with all of this model stroller. About 3 months after owning it the brake pedal broke off after barely touching it. Today a screw broke off of the bar that connects to the wheel and the plastic part that keeps the seat sturdy also busted. It was very easy to assembly (took about 5 mins to put it together). The stroller itself is very sturdy and easy to maneuver with one hand. After being completely skeptical of using an umbrella stroller (they usually look so cheap and flimsy!) this one blew my mind! Not only is it totally chic looking, it folds away sooo easily! I can have stroller put away as soon as we get home - so nice and quick. It's very compact and fits through all the spots my big stroller doesn't, without losing any comfort. My 9 month old likes it way more in fact because the seat is adjustable and lets him sit all the way forward so he can see everything (most strollers seem to keep kids laying back...my little guy is not about that life!). We love. Also, the cup holder is on the inside of the stroller frame which is so nice also because it's not getting knocked around at all/keeps the frame thin! Did I mention too notch quality? So durable. If you are debating on this stroller, I'd say don't hesitate. I'm totally loving every feature on it and still feel like a totally chic and with-it mom pushing an umbrella stroller....only because this one is magic.
