The bristles are softer, more dense and the as a whole looks and feels better constructed. For nipples i found it a bit tedious to use. It stands upright without falling over which is great to keep the germs away. It washes the bottle perfect and has a little nipple wash in the bottom part. The sponge at the top is better than a brush with just bristles and it cleans the bottom of the bottle well.
