Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the ping pong table set, I immediately noticed that it was missing several pieces essential for assembly. This oversight has not only inconvenienced me but has also hindered my ability to enjoy the product as intended. Assembling the table has become a frustrating task due to the absence of these crucial components. Furthermore, the condition of the ping pong rackets included in the set was extremely disappointing. Not only did they appear heavily used, but the quality was also subpar. It was evident that these rackets had seen better days, and their condition did not meet the standard I expected from a product purchased from Toys R Us. As a loyal customer, I have always held Toys R Us products in high regard for their quality and reliability. However, this recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I had hoped for a seamless purchase process and a product that met my expectations, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly by either providing the missing pieces for the ping pong table set or offering a replacement set altogether. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could ensure that the quality of products being sold is thoroughly inspected to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. They love it!!! We also have a larger outdoor table for the Summer days, but this one is ideal to play inside the house. It&rsquo;s doesn&rsquo;t take a lot of space. When you are done playing, you can fold the table and store it somewhere else. For the price, it&rsquo;s a great product. Of course, you have to be careful when handling the table. Some edge parts of the table start to peel off. The two balls provided are not very good quality. This is why I gave it a four-star rating. For the price, you can&rsquo;t complain.
