<span itemprop="description">The lever to the ramp broke in less than a day and it no longer makes the ramp move. I see now way to fix this without a replacement part but I can’t seem to find one of those either. My kids love this and I would definitely put in the time and effort to replace the part if that were available.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Bought this toy for my two boys aged 4 and 3. Within a week the lever to extend the ramp broke and is no longer functional. For the amount of money charged for this toy, I feel like the part that is going to see the hardest use wouldn't be made so cheaply. The lever mechanisms should be made of metal. I can't even take the tower apart to replace this lever without a massive hassle, but I would if a replacement part was available.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I bought this for my 5 yo twins. Even after assembling it I noticed the lever to extend the ramp was really hard to move. I looked on the website and made sure it was on our hardwood floors when the kids started playing with it. After about 3 1/2 hours the lever broke and will no longer extend the ramp. The product looks great but I have to wonder about the quality given my experience. The other problem is I cannot just disassemble it and send it back as it is very difficult to unsnap the pieces and I would never be able to get them back in the box.</span>

I tried everything using different sizes of screwdrivers, nothing is working. It is too annoying that the toy doesn’t include its own screwdrivers.
