I forgot my password, what do I do? No worries! If you have forgotten or misplaced your password, you can create a new password in the Email Perference Centre. To change your password:
Can I define my preferences in a store or over the phone? At this time, you can only make or create email preferences online, not in store. You can, however, update or modify your preferences via phone by contacting our Customer Service Team at 1-800-TOYSRUS (1-800-869-7787). How long will my preferences remain active? It's really up to you! Your email preference centre will remain active as long as you choose to keep it or until you decide to delete your preferences or unsubscribe from our communications. Do I have to create an account in order to receive "R"Us emails? Not at all! While you're not required to create a profile via the Email Preference Centre to receive our emails, defining your preferences ensures you also get the promotions and offers that you want. It's the simple, easy way to get the information that's most important to you. How often will I receive Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us emails? This will vary based on the preferences you have selected. |
