The pieces are easy to stack. Love that the smoke stack was turned into a handle for little hands to push or pull the train. The cargo also wobbles slightly back and forth when you move the train. The cargo is also cute little pieces like cheese, logs, and even a tub of fish. The big kids like to drive it around and help stack the cargo then the baby loves when it wobbles and she can knock it over. The quality is really great and fun for all ages. It came out of the box pretty easily only one cut with scissors needed. The engine and car are connected well and stay together. The smoke makes a solid handle to push the train around. The prices are simple to stack and rearrange and allow for explanation and creative problem solving.
