Elmo is soft, fuzzy and very warm. I love that he is bilingual and provides comfort using his own voice. Highly recommend for little ones to teach him empathy. The toy is well made and seems durable. I'm glad it doesn't shed since some furry toys leave a mess. The talking piece is nice and the different languages is good for her exposure. The voice is not scary like some other toys. It's a great learning toy disguised as a stuffed animal.
