<span itemprop="description">Installation problems aside (and wow, did we have a ton). We almost instantly had regrets on this play set. First the swings would unscrew themselves which required a trip to the hardware store to rectify. Then, we noticed that our screws started to rust in placed. Wood was warping and it started to split badly. The swing bar itself was splitting in 3 different places including the top and both sides. The wood on the monkey bars was splitting and we started to have issues with screws BREAKING. That's right, we had screws snapping. The canvas was discolored within 2 months and lots of the red items started to bleach. The weight limit of 110 is probably not accurate. We had to stop my oldest from using it as it shuddered whenever she tried to slide or use the monkey bars. Even with the ground stakes, the swing set lifted up when 2 kids swung because the wood was so light. Ultimately, I had to call our point of purchase when the wood in the flooring started to pull apart and the boards started to split even more. This nightmare took us 35 hours to build and 4 hours to take down. We had everyone telling us it had to be done because it was an accident waiting to happen. When we took it down, we had this weird amount of screws that were totally rusting (including heavier bolt pieces). We started to have issues within 2 months (again not counting installation problems). This wood is way too light and flimsy in our opinion.</span>

Great Quality wood with a smooth finish. No splintering or chippd pieces which was really good to see.This playset really has a lot of play. The kids really enjoy the picnic area in the top clubhouse.
Took 2 local handymen ~ 11 hours to complete building this.</span>

It is big enough for all three of our boys (18 months to 8 years) plus our neighbors' grandchildren. We are looking forward to many years of fun!</span>
