After a few months of use both stopped working. Wouldn't move and yes battery was fully charged. Still under warranty so took them to recommended repair shop. Turns out the joysticks were bad. After a lengthy wait--joysticks were backordered--new joysticks on both toys. No problems since. My grandsons love them. My advice---use them a lot the 1st 3-4months. However product stopped working randomly like the others in list:( Finally called support today to see if there is known issue or recall and there is none. Out of warranty and fear the price to fix if this has happened to others. It worked beautifully for him, but was crushed and broken when my neighbor drove drunk through our garage. I purchased a replacement and it's designed differently (it looks like the sensor buttons are on the side so they won't recognize his weight since he has reduced muscle mass in his legs) and won't run at all, I even tried with my heavier nephews and the battery would work for a second then stop. A total dud and my son is absolutely heartbroken. My only hope with them being out of stock most places is maybe they're redesigning them so they will work better. It just doesn't work. I thought maybe it was the battery, but looking thru the rest of the reviews, sounds like many others are having the same problem. Just doesn't move. Sometimes will only go in circles or backwards. It doesn't go forward. A couple neighbors have gotten a little more out of it, like 5-10 minuets before it dies.
