This is a Battle deck it is used to play the game not to give you collector cards like I originally thought. But that made it that much better for my son cause he was actually able to play with them instead of just collecting. It came with a full 60-card deck, these sets each include everything he needed to play right away. And that is always a great thing. Plus, there's a rules booklet and a guide to assist you with winning strategies. We've had dozens of decks over the years. With this V Battle Deck, I don't know if it was the name alone but they wanted to actually PLAY each other. Being cut off from other kids this past 1.5 years has led them to trying a lot of new things as well. They were able to read the instructions themselves &amp; play without any help. You definitely need this deck to add to your collection. We&rsquo;ve been playing with it for awhile. It&rsquo;s a great starter deck too if your not familiar with Pok&eacute;mon. It comes with a battle board along with 60 card deck. A large metallic coin and a deck box to keep your cards protected. You also get a code card for the Pok&eacute;mon trading card game online. Overall we&rsquo;re pleased and it&rsquo;s a lot of fun.
