It's big enough that he can hold it easily to &quot;fly&quot; and interact with his other toys. My lil guy loves anything that has to do with Spiderman and this is great. This plane is very sturdy. The plastic isn't so hard that it would hurt in case it falls on your foot or something like that. I like that it opens wide enough to fit Spidey and a couple other figures in it. Also has a ramp in the back to fit a car in. Spiderman is a good size, even my 3 year old can manipulate him. They like to use other figures with the set, and there is plenty of room for other toys to fit in. The toy is a really good size and is really sturdy. My kiddos enjoy opening the compartments and finding small toys to stick in them. I think an electronic component would have boosted interest for the kids.
