We love to build it up then use the wrecking ball to knock it all down! Produces hours of fun and giggles which I love! The set is well made and was pretty easy for us to put together. My nephew has had so much fun building and playing with this. There are 92 peices. He has built rhe building and tore it down with the excavator a million times and is still going strong. I would recommend this for an older child because there are smaller pieces but theybare guarantees to have fun! This is a good quality product. The set takes a little while to assemble. There are many parts for the demolition that would need to be explained to a younger child. My 7 year old had fun putting everything together and couldn't wait to see the excavator in action! This is a well made set and assembly is fun and easy with an adult helping. The crane is very detailed and realistic, my son loves it. I will be getting another set so we can add too the building and construction site. It was a lot of fun, especially with the wrecking ball being able to take down the building. If I had one complaint, it&rsquo;s that you only get one section of the building. To get the entire building you have to buy two extra sets which isn&rsquo;t ideal. It&rsquo;s a lot of fun for realistic play, especially involving construction. They love it, but the best part is watching my 3 year old ASD son play with this. It&rsquo;s everything he could want in a toy and more. My daughters love building it and my son loves knocking it down and using the crane. It&rsquo;s worth every Penny. It brings completely different age groups together. It brings hours of enjoyment everyday to our family. Quality construction. Many parts but not easily broken, not one piece is broken on our set and my son is hard on his favorite toys, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a building and play toy. My daughters love this equally my son. This is gender neutral.
