I've never seen a five-year-old show occupied. It makes sense though because she loves pets and she gets to use her imagination and creation to make pets. When you give a child something creative and tell them to make something that they already like you'd be surprised how much it really captures their attention. It was a fun toy to keep her busy and she thought it was really cute to style the pet's hair. It was a little messy, but nothing too bad. It was fairly easy to clean up. It kept my daughter busy for awhile. She loves dogs and Play-Doh so it was the perfect toy for her. My kids love it and play with it for hours. The chair works easily to push the hair/play-doh through. It also has a waiting chair which is super cute. It comes with 4 animal heads and 6 containers of play-doh. Also many different styling tools so they can express their creativity!! They really like to push the play-doh through the heads, so that it comes out as if it were hair, so that they can comb it, cut it, make them hairstyles !!. They also like to mix the colors of play-doh so that the hair is colored !! It is very fun for them and I really enjoy watching them laugh and have fun !! It comes with a comb and scissors so they can have fun cutting their hair !! It is very easy to play and very entertaining !! She absolutely loves it. She spends hours giving the pets crazy hair styles with the play doh then shaves it off with the plastic razor and accessories. It come with a bunch of play doh so can do all different colors or even do rainbow hair.
