He was immediately struck by the gold arrow buttons, that give the controller a sleek, upgraded look. He also had no problems with the buttons sticking, or not moving correctly, or any delays in the processing. The entire controller is covered in fun designs and a cheerful and beloved Mario! It is the perfect size and lightweight, easy to use the controls...especially for my kiddos who aren't fully used to the new Nintendo Switch controller yet. The cord is long so it reaches pretty far. The graphics on the controller are great too. I love how bright the colors are on this controller. I gave it to my son and let him play with it and asked what he thought (since I'm not a gamer). He said the buttons are nice and smooth to hold and highly responsive to the touch. He also said that the wire doesn't easily slip out of the docking station either. He said the only thing he would change is to make the controller just a little bigger to be more comfortable; however, it is the standard size so that isn't a negative against it. As a mom I think this is great because he has already used it for hours upon hours of gaming and it has yet to show any wear and tear on it. No color fading, and the joy sticks are still intact.
