They are dry and get crumbs everywhere but that&rsquo;s expected with cookies. I love the chocolate chips, tastes great! I saw my supply increase next day. I ate one pack a day and although I was never able to reach a full supply, that had more to do with my anatomy than it did the product. The cookies were not only super tasty, they were also full of fiber and increased my supply. These are not a miracle for women struggling to produce completely, but I imagine they would help increase supply if you are able to fully breastfeed and just want an extra boost because a boost you will definitely get.
