The kids cannot even tie the thread or the other plastic string. It keeps on opening and the thread is so bad that they cannot even put most of the beads through it. Its the perfect setup with 3 separate drawers and each drawer has small sections with a fitted cover so the pieces stay neat. It has a huge selection of different color and size beads. I like that they look and feel like quality beads unlike some other bead sets I have purchased. It comes with a nice collection of colored cords to help make some creative pieces of jewelry and a bunch of metal jump rings. My daughter is 8 years old and absolutely loved making her own bracelets with this. The container is a great way to keep all of your small beads in separate containers and comes with lids on each of the tiers to prevent accidental spills.
