But... After only a few months the velcro that holds the canopy to the frame and holds the flaps open have begun to ROT and the stitching is coming loose. There is NO replacement offered. Once the canopy is gone and IT WILL BE, there is no replacement. So you will have a huge eyesore in your backyard with NO protection from the sun. I've reached out to Little Tikes inquiring about buying a new canopy for ours, but after 2 weeks no one has bothered to get back to me. Save your money. She has played in it every day since we got it a month ago. Keeps her busy for quite a while. Her favorite is the sand and water tables. The flat surface/table side is great for the dishes and such. She sets her plates and pans there fills them with sand and then dumps them back into the sand area (and repeats multiple times!). My 8 year old can also fit in this standing. I let them get messy and mix sand and water. Which they love. I added some plastic food we had already. The little mesh hanging bag is so convenient for clean up and storage! The canopy is fantastic! We have had a couple windy storms didn&rsquo;t bother it at all. One thing to mention....though there are drains in the sand and water spots, it doesn&rsquo;t drain completely. I simply did not attach/screw that part on. Just set it in the slots so I can pick it up and dump when they&rsquo;re done or after rain. Did the same with the part that has the sink. It doesn&rsquo;t have a drain and even if you don&rsquo;t fill it with water, it&rsquo;s going to get filled when it rains. Easy fix though! Just not screwing on those sections. I keep a bag of sand handy and add a couple scoops a time when they go to play. My kids love pretend play and they loved all of the stations - the kitchen, the lemonade stand and the gardening station. There is room for multiple kids to play inside the playhouse at the same time. Several accessories are provided, to play on each of the sides. There are shelves within the playhouse to store these accessories. My kids enjoy passing through the door that opens and closes freely. The fabric canopy provides shade, while leaving the playhouse airy. The canopy can be closed or kept open using velcro straps. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow, but it does take some time to build it up completely. The structure itself is pretty sturdy although I would be mindful of the weather if you&rsquo;re expecting storms and the bungalow is placed outside. I love the little lemonade stand and how open it is! The colors are neutral and good for all children. My daughter and nephew have really enjoyed working together in the bungalow. This has provided hours of fun already! Out if all of the pretend play structures and sets that we have this one is our favorite. The amount of detail that this bungaloo has is exceptional, from the flower pots on the window seal to smaller details like including a pot holder and the realistic to turn knobs on the burners. There is even chalk and a chalk board decal to write a menu or message on.
