<span itemprop="description">A lot of people were critical of this set due to its price and not being a "realistic" truck trial model, but to be honest its a great set with lots of mechanical functions, suspension, lots of gears, 3 differentials, 4 motors, etc; and I believe people in the future will give this model the credit its due. To all the critics, remember LEGO its still mostly a toy for children, and this set fulfills that role perfectly.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Overall this set was excellent, very interesting mechanically to build, looks good, and the RC function was a big reason for the purchase. My only complaints (which are minor) was the doors and hood don't stay closed very well, as well as there is no high/lo speed gearbox to allow the truck to travel faster then rock crawling speed. I also would have liked if there was a test step for the drive system before finishing the build in case there was a mistake made. With these few things in mind I still very much enjoyed the build and look forward to testing it's abilities further.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Got to the end of bag 3 and tested the motors and gears as I’ve heard that gear cracking is a common thing for this set only to realize that 2 of my motors were the wrong way, the only way to tell that is through the app which I shouldnt need to check as I’m building. Now I have to take it apart and go back to steps for bag 1 because they couldn’t number the motors or colour code them, have always been a fan of Lego and wanted a more complex set as an adult but just find myself frustrated when building it and not enjoying myself. The features in this set are still good but having to go to the first steps again has really put me off building the set</span>

The first two bags were really fun to build and see all of the details and different functions of everything. Once I got to the third sets of bags though, I found out I was missing a crucial piece to make it run at all and I could not find it anywhere. I’m sure that I would increase my rating if only I could find that piece. Until then, I’m stuck…</span>
