<span itemprop="description">Beau set pour le monde d’acide ou de poison. Après ce n’est pas facile de tenir la plateforme pour vaincre wipper. L’ensemble reste assez bien construit et peut être déplacé rapidement. L’enfant a cependant vite fait le tour avec la chenille qui n’a pas grand interêt et ça prend de la place du coup. <span itemprop="description">Build time 1h40 (10 minutes for the flying turtle/Koopa Paratroopa and 50 minutes for the caterpillar/Wiggler, 40 minutes for the rest) in two days.
We chose to do this set this weekend because it contains a lot of poisonous swamp bricks. Mario's reactions are very funny whenever he steps on them.
We started with the construction of the caterpillar, because it was the one that interested my son the most. The design is very nice, it is similar to a train and its wagons. He asked me why his head didn't stay straight and then tried to make Mario jump on it, but it didn't work (because there is no barcode). He was a little disappointed at the time, but I told him to wait a little bit because we were going to find out how to play with it.
Then I did the flying turtle and I figured there would be something with the 3rd or 4th bag to go with the caterpillar. So we built the swamp with the gear and the sliding tray. I then put the caterpillar head on the gear and saw that it worked, but the goal still eluded me. I didn't know this character, as I told my son it's probably a nice caterpillar and that's why Mario doesn't jump on it. My first impression was that I wish we could have moved the sliding tray around a bit more or made it go around.
Then we built the rolling bridge... now I was impressed and understood the goal of this set: the caterpillar must interact with the bridge! My rating went up to the equivalent of a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
Next, we made the raft and my son put Mario on it. I was so tempted to play with it but my son's was already running in the room with it! The raft raised my rating to 5 stars. There is no equivalent in LEGO Super Mario; kind of like the beanstalk and a cloud, it could give us access to another course.
I almost forgot... there is also an invincible star to help us face the next boss!
To conclude, I asked my son the following question: How do you like it? My 3 year old's answer: It's very good!</span>

Nous avons choisi de faire ce set cette fin de semaine parce qu'il contient beaucoup de briques de marais empoisonné. Les réactions de Mario sont très drôles dès qu'il marche dessus.
Nous avons débuté par la construction de la chenille, parce que c'est elle qui intéressait le plus mon fils.
Sa construction est très intéressante, elle reprend le principe des wagons attachés un derrière l'autre.
Il m'a demandé pourquoi sa tête ne restait pas droite et il a ensuite essayé de faire sauter Mario dessus, mais cela ne marchait pas (parce qu'il n'y a pas de code-barres). Il a été un peu déçu sur le coup, mais je lui ai dit d'attendre un peu parce qu'on allait découvrir comment jouer avec.
Puis, j'ai fait la tortue volante et je me doutais qu'il y aurait quelque chose avec le 3e ou le 4e sac pour aller avec la chenille. J'ai donc monté le marais avec l'engrenage et le plateau coulissant. J'ai ensuite mis la tête de chenille sur l'engrenage et j'ai vu que cela fonctionnait, mais le pourquoi m'échappait encore. Je n'ai pas connu ce personnage, comme j'ai dit à mon fils c'est sûrement une gentille chenille et c'est pour cela que Mario ne saute pas dessus. Ma première impression était que j'aurais bien aimé qu'on puisse bouger le plateau coulissant sur une plus grande surface ou lui faire faire tout le tour.
Ensuite, nous avons fait la construction du pont déroulant... là j'ai été impressionné et j'ai compris l'objectif de ce set: la chenille doit interagir avec le pont! Mon évaluation a remonté à l'équivalent d'un 4,5 étoiles sur 5.
Ensuite, nous avons fait le radeau et mon fils a installé Mario dessus. J'aurais voulu prendre le Mario des mains de mon fils pour aller conduire le radeau partout, mais il s'amusait déjà avec! Le radeau a définitivement fait monter mon appréciation à 5 étoiles. Il n'a pas d'équivalent. Un peu comme une liane, il pourrait nous donner accès à un autre parcours.
J'allais oublier... il y a aussi une étoile invincible pour nous aider à affronter le prochain boss!
Pour conclure, j'ai posé la question suivante à mon fils : Comment l'aimes-tu? Réponse de mon fils de 3 ans : Il est très bon!</span>

Still played til I was in high school. My kids are too young to know about Super Mario but they are very excited when I gave them this lego set. I play with them. Surprisingly, they can play by themselves with my first help. I can tell it is pretty much easy to build by following the instructions.
I recommend this toy because it helps to build team work and creativity for the kids.</span>
