The skinny spider-kid is well represented in this model, with its distinctly slighter build than the beefier adult Avenger Mechs. Unfortunately, in our set at least, the grey three-ball joint used for attaching the legs is different than in the others we have. The balls here are matt finish rather than glossy (see photo). For some reason this slightly different piece forms a loose connection to the legs, compared with the glossy ones. So loose in fact, that it can be difficult to stand Miles up without the legs splaying out like a newborn Giraffe! There are plenty of poses that can be done, and all the web pieces allow for customization with the minifigure. Speaking of the minifigure, this version of Miles Morales is great. He has dual-molded legs, and some stellar printing. The only issue is that the due to how skinny the legs are, it does change the weight distribution throughout the build, and does allow for less poses. The Minifigure in this set is a really unexpected but very awesome one. No stickers allow cooler printed pieces that I appreciate. I usually don't like mech builds but this one is a short but sweet one. The mech itself looks amazing, however, the leg joints are the weakest point of the set. the technic pin connection is super loose and falls a lot. The leg joints are also very not sturdy and fall a lot. However, you can't go wrong with a set like this. Great job Lego.
