<span itemprop="description">This was my 14th modular build and it was again a wonderful one. Great story, lovely build with very little repetition, some really interesting solutions, cute interior (although slightly basic compared with other modulars) and a nice nostalgic nod to the bank at the very end. Love the ivy on the side and the trees are interesting (and thankfully, green again after the autumn mismatch of the bookshop). I like that there is a female inspector and the hole in the wall is a really nice touch too. All in all a very worthy addition to the modular series.</span>

<span itemprop="description">All of the more recent modular buildings have tended to be packed full of details and Easter eggs, but even by that standard, this set stands out. What's especially interesting in this set is that so many of the details are only accessible during the build: they end up completely buried under structural elements as you go. I won't say more, in order to avoid spoiling the fun discoveries for you, but this was an unexpectedly charming and funny set to build and a nice addition to my modular city.</span>
