<span itemprop="description">Pros: the build was more fun and interesting than I expected. I really like the vet's office and the apartment up top. The truck is also a nice plus and overall, I'm glad to have it.
Cons: IMO, it's the most awkward in the modular lineup when it comes to aesthetic, specially in its placement. I have four corner buildings with nine other modulars and they all mesh fairly well with this 50s - 60s look and feel, when lined up. But this set makes the surrounding buildings look a bit off due to its shape and its gas station theme. The gas station area somehow cheapens the "neighborhood/town feel" for me. If you look at it from the side, it looks very thin. However, if looked at diagonally, it's impressive and looks quite nice! The cost is also a bummer (the Police Station has 380 more pieces at the same price point), and from the research I've done, it looks like this particular modular is one of, if not the least sold set. Most likely in part, to that price point.</span>
